This statement reaches the core of rationale for Partners FOR the Saskatchewan River Basin. New approaches and strategies, and an integrated approach to watershed management are needed to develop a sense of stewardship for rivers and their basins and to create a collective will to ensure that our activities in the basin are sustainable.
